We currently ship to all Emirates within the UAE and to GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. International shipping options will be available soon.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times (UAE)

Orders to all Emirates within the UAE are typically delivered within 2–3 working days, with a delivery fee of AED 16. For remote areas within the Emirates, delivery usually takes 3–4 working days and incurs a delivery fee of AED 26. If you are unsure whether your location is considered a remote area, please feel free to contact us at info@kinuliving.com for clarification. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over AED 480 within the UAE.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time (GCC)

Shipping costs for GCC countries vary and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that orders shipped to GCC countries may be subject to custom duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival. These charges are not calculated in the purchase total and are the responsibility of the customer. The estimated delivery time of your Kinū Living package may vary slightly depending on your exact location and custom clearance.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the registered email to monitor your Kinū Living package in real time. Please ensure the delivery address included in the order is accurate to avoid delays. Kinū Living is not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please note that orders placed during public holidays may face slight delays.
