All socks purchased are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Tank Tops

We accept returns of tank tops within three (3) days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met: 

• The item(s) are unworn, unaltered and in its original sellable condition. 
• The item(s) must be in its original packing / cover and all product labels / tags must still be attached.

To request a return:

• Email us at info@kinuliving.com with the item(s) you wish to return. 
• We will notify you once a return pick up has been arranged.  
• Once our team inspects the returned item(s) and confirms it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
